We do not sell, share, or exchange names, or any other information about you with third parties.

If you are a designer or member of the trade, we also request business information from you such as your Tax Resale number. All information is stored and maintained in a secure location separate from this website. We may use mailing addresses, telephone numbers, and/or email addresses to notify you of purchase transactions, upcoming events, shipment arrivals, etc. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, you can send us a request by e-mail. Purchase / Return Policy

We accept payment by all major credit cards. You can give us your credit card information (number, expiration date and security code) by calling us directly. Please note that, for your own protection, credit card processing companies require that we verify the corresponding billing address and security code.

We also accept payment by personal or business check, money order or wire transfer. Merchandise will be shipped once funds are cleared in our bank account.

All orders delivered within the State of Florida must pay the corresponding 7% sales tax, unless a current resale certificate is provided. We do not charge Florida sales tax for purchases shipped out-of-state by a registered carrier; however, it is the Buyer's responsibility to be in compliance with any relevant state laws.

Returns for Store Credit Only

Notify us within 72 hours of receipt and ship it, professionally packed and fully insured at your expense within 7 days. All sales are final after seven days of having received purchased merchandise.

Once the item is received back in our warehouse, in its original condition (including intact accessories), we will issue you a store credit, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges incurred in both directions.

If return item is damaged in transit it will be restored at customers expense in our in house restoration facility. If an insurance claim is applicable customer will be credited back claim amount in the form of a store credit when claim is settled.
